As a symbol of Kyoto's cultural heritage Gion Matsuri serves as the perfect occasion to bring together people from all over to honor the city's past and present.

Yokohama Convention & Visitors Bureau – 2023 Pokémon World Championships

The 2023 Pokémon World Championships, a global tournament to determine the world champions of Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, Pokémon Trading Card Game, Pokémon GO, and Pokémon UNITE will be held for the first time in Yokohama, Japan. There will be events such as shows and parades featuring Pokémon day and night, from August 8th (Tue) to August 14th (Mon), 2023. In addition, "Pokémon Trainer Cruise" allows you to freely play video games and trading card games on the cruise ship NIPPON MARU with the decoration of Pokémon.
